The Martin MPO will hold a public hearing on December 11, 2023 at 9:00 AM for the FY24-FY29 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment #2. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has requested that the Martin MPO remove the landscaping project on SR-714/SW Martin Hwy from SR-710 to CR-609/SW Allapattah Road, as this project has been removed from the FDOT Work Program. FDOT also requests to add additional funds to the US-1 resurfacing project from SE Fischer Street to North of SE Decker Avenue, and moving construction to FY25. Lastly, FDOT requests to add the SR-710 widening projects (FM#453333-1 and FM# 453333-2) to the FY24-FY28 TIP, as these projects have been added to the FDOT Work Program.
